Cancellation Policy for Protele Offers

At Protele Offers, we recognize that plans may evolve, leading to the need for service cancellations. To ensure an optimal experience for our customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

To cancel your service, kindly submit written notice via email within 1 or 2 days of placing your order.

Refunds:

Cancellation within the stipulated timeframe entitles you to a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Outside this period, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided.

Changes to Service:

We strive to accommodate service changes to meet your needs. Adjustments resulting in a reduction in service length or scope may qualify for a refund, as detailed in our Refunds section.

No-shows:
